Archer is a third-generation Wildrose Dog... a Labrador produced and selected by Wildrose from proven, established bloodlines demonstrating excellent field ability, willingness to please, and excellent health. Archer continues the exceptional progeny of FTW Turning Teal, "Wigeon," a sire who has produced many exemplary hunting companions and scent detectors. Archer's  Dam, Wildrose Purdey was a black sired by FTCH Edenlab Angus, one of Wildrose's founding studs imported from Ireland.

Archer is a strong prolific performer afield in waterfowl and upland, spending most of his winter days hunting waterfowl in Mississippi, hunting quail on the grounds of Wildrose in Oxford Mississippi, and hunting wild pheasants during late fall in the Dakotas.

Archer is owned by Steven Lucius, co-owner of Wildrose Carolina, where he spends most of his days assisting in group dynamic training, teaching young adolescent pups how to act and perform properly afield.

Archer, a true Wildrose Heritage Dog, possesses a fantastic temperament making him the ideal canine companion to spend time with inside watching sporting events between experiences afield.  

A dog of Duality, Archer has also earned the award ADC Adventure Dog Certified. He continues the legacy of his parents: extremely eager to please, compatible, versatile and a game finder that complements any wingshoot.
